Abstract:
Service-oriented architecture (SOA) has become a prime technology for system integration due to its easy reuse interoperability. An important process in SOA is service composition, which statically or dynamically composes services to satisfy functional Quality of Service (QoS) requirements. There have been extensive research results in QoS-driven service composition, but most of them focus on service discovery, matching making, composition decision making. There are still major gaps in QoS-driven service composition. In this talk, we address the limitations of current QoS-driven service composition techniques discuss new paradigms novel solutions.
